NOTE: THIS IS A NEW MEETING DATE AND LOCATION.

The Market Animal Project Kick-Off meeting will be held Saturday, January 21, 2017 at 9:30 AM in the Pinery Room at the Portage County Library, 1001 Main St, Stevens Point. This will be preceded by the Market Animal Committee meeting at 6:30 PM; Market Animal Project members are invited and encouraged to attend both meetings.

You will receive the 2017 Market Animal Project Rules, dates of other meetings, meet other project members and committee members, and get the dates for the weigh-ons.

We ask that at least one parent attend with the project members – especially the new ones.  This is the time to ask questions!  Parents need to be just as involved in this project as the project members!  Working together is one of this projects greatest benefits!

The meeting usually lasts about one hour and project members need to be on time and sign in.  This meeting will count towards one of your three meeting requirements for the year.  Anyone unable to attend this meeting will have to pick up their rules and dates at the Portage County Extension Office, 1462 Strongs Avenue, Stevens Point.
